About
Software for the companies that move other businesses’ parcels.
NemiRoute is dispatch, pricing and billing software for courier and delivery companies, and for the business customers and drivers who work with them.
What we build
One system instead of four
Courier operations tend to run on a mix of spreadsheets, phone calls and separate tools for dispatch, pricing and invoicing. NemiRoute puts orders, routes, vehicles, drivers, rate cards and invoices into one system, so each step starts from the same record.
Each courier company is a separate tenant with its own users, customers, orders, branding and settings. Its customers get a portal, its drivers an app, and recipients a tracking page for every delivery.
Who it is for
Courier companies in the US and Canada
Companies that deliver for other businesses: same-day and on-demand couriers, scheduled B2B distribution, medical and lab couriers, and last-mile delivery for shops and online sellers.
Customers are billed in US or Canadian dollars with US sales tax or Canadian GST/HST/QST. Each company works in its own time zone and in kilometres and kilograms or miles and pounds. A few Canadian details are still open (driver pay in USD, English-only messages); the limits list has the details.
Where the product stands
Available today, and what is next
The dispatch dashboard, the customer portal, tracking pages, pricing, billing and the driver app for iPhone and Android make up the product. The driver network runs as a pilot in the New York area.

How we design it
Four rules we hold ourselves to
- One next action
- Every screen has one obvious thing to do next, from the dispatcher’s board to the driver’s main button.
- Problems come to you
- Late, failed and unpaid work is pushed to the people who handle it; nobody should have to go looking.
- Money is never a mystery
- Every price keeps its breakdown, every fee is on the pricing page, and order limits warn you at 80 %.
- Say what it does not do
- Every product page ends with its limits. When one ships, the What’s new page says so.
