What’s new

What we shipped recently.

Product changes you can use today, newest first. Signed-in users see the same notes under Help → What’s new.

    • Help centre guides

Step-by-step guides with screenshots for company admins, dispatchers, finance, customers, drivers and platform staff. "How this works" under each page title opens the guide for that page; Ctrl+K finds guides too. Customers find theirs in the portal, drivers on the public Guides page.

    • Money: statements, credit notes, receipts

Customer statements, numbered credit notes, payment receipts, one cheque over several invoices, reversing a payment, an aging report, QuickBooks / Xero exports, and invoice footer, bank details and numbering with a preview. Customers can pay several invoices at once and see their payments in the portal.

    • Search finds features

Ctrl+K now understands tasks ("print invoice", "email template", "invite") and offers an invoice's or order's PDF straight from the results.

    • Your inbox

The bell in the top bar collects failed and late deliveries, maintenance and licence reminders and your daily summary. Choose what you get in Settings → My alerts.

    • Help, profile and setup

This help centre, an editable profile, a longer setup guide, and a Customers report with filters by customer and depot.

    • Customer portal ordering, rebuilt

A shorter order form with service cards, usual places, order again and a live price summary; customer settings decide which fields each customer sees.

    • 26 kinds of price modifiers

Surcharges and discounts in a searchable picker, with conditions and minimum and maximum amounts.

    • Dispatch: documents and failed deliveries

Labels, waybills and bills of lading in your brand; a failed-delivery flow with retry, return or hold; an exceptions queue and map actions.

    • Driver app: proof and scanning

Compressed proof photos, drafts that survive a restart, a better signature pad, a barcode scanner and larger touch targets.

    • Sign in with Google or Microsoft

Staff can sign in with their company Google or Microsoft account, or with a password and a two-factor code.

    • Saved cards and automatic payment

Customers can save a card and have their invoices charged to it automatically.

    • Recurring and scheduled orders

Weekly runs that create themselves, with pause and skip for the customer.

    • Customer API and bulk import

API keys and signed webhooks per customer, and CSV or Excel order import with a preview.

    • Driver network (pilot)

Open orders to approved independent drivers in the New York area, paid from a prepaid wallet, with weekly payouts.

    • Privacy and compliance tools

Data requests, retention rules, legal holds and versioned legal documents.

Try it on your own orders.

The free plan needs no card. Set up your prices, add a customer and a driver, and run a delivery the same day, or book a walkthrough on the demo company first.
