Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026 (version 1.0)

Who these terms are between

These terms are between NemiRoute ("we") and the company that creates a workspace ("you"). They also apply to the staff, drivers and customer contacts you invite; you are responsible for them using the service as these terms allow.

What the service is

NemiRoute is software for running a delivery business: taking orders, dispatching drivers, tracking parcels, invoicing customers and paying drivers. We host it; you operate your business with it.

Your data

You own the data you put into the service. We use it only to run the service for you, as set out in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. You can export your data at any time and ask us to delete your workspace; deleted workspaces are kept for 14 days so you can undo the deletion, then purged.

Your people's data

You decide why drivers' locations, customers' contact details and recipients' addresses are collected. You must have a lawful reason to collect them and tell the people concerned. The service has tools for this: consent records, data export and erasure for each person, and configurable retention periods.

Payments

Subscription fees are billed through Stripe. Payments your customers make to you are processed by Stripe on your behalf; platform and processing fees are shown on your plan. Fees are not refunded for a period already started unless the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, send spam, upload malware, probe other companies' data, or put people at risk. We may suspend a workspace that does, and will tell you why.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from the subscription page. We may end the agreement for serious or repeated breach. After it ends your workspace is deleted on the schedule above.

Changes

When we change these terms we publish a new version with a summary of what changed. Company administrators are asked to accept it the next time they sign in; other users see a notice.
