What it does

Price sets: One per service you sell (Same Day, Express 2-Hour, Next Day…), each with its base price, cut-off and availability, for all customers or chosen ones.
26 kinds of modifiers: Surcharges and discounts by weight, distance, rush, fuel percentage and more, with conditions and minimum and maximum amounts.
Modifier groups: A group charges the sum, the highest or the lowest of its members, so two weight rules never stack by accident.
Zones: Postal-code zones from three characters to a full ZIP or postal code (the longest match wins), and zone-to-zone price tables.
Minimum charge and out of area: A minimum or maximum charge per order, and a rule for addresses outside your zones: refuse, hold for a quote or price from a fallback.
Chargeable weight: Packages are priced on the greater of their actual and dimensional weight, with a DIM factor you set.
Price testing: Quote a price set against sample inputs or a real order, or compare two price sets side by side. Nothing is saved.
Manual overrides: Changing a price by hand needs a reason, and the change is in the activity log.

Price sets, zones and modifiers

A price set is a service you sell. Assign it to every customer or to chosen ones; customers only see the services they can order. Modifiers add the surcharges and discounts, and groups decide how overlapping rules combine.
